Given new Covid-19 procedures, we unfortunately are no longer able to accept walk-in appointments. All appointments are pre-booked and paid in advance.

1) Please complete the appointment request form below.

2) We will review and contact you by telephone or email to discuss the preferred date and time.

3) Payment in advance is required to secure your appointment date and time. Once payment is received, your appointment date will be confirmed.

4) Completion of a customer information form is required prior to your service. It will be emailed to you; please complete it in advance to expedite your services on the day.
